Misleading

Watched a beautiful movie coco, I have no complaints about the movie and theatre experience, seats are comfortable , theatres were clean. My kids and I were just very disappointed that the Olaf movie was promised to be shown together with the movie coco, that's actually the only reason the kids chose to watch coco. The movie was not shown when we attended the pavilion number metro yesterday. May be not make a promise at the outset , as kids are easily disappointed by these things.
