Misadvertising of contact numbers,with no personnel behind these lines

<p>Nu Metro Pavilion has advertised a contact telephone number to phone through for queries and bookings,viz. 031 ********** ,but there is continuously no answer and person picking up this line.Have been trying for 2 days to book a movie,as the web/online system has not been functioning for the past 5 days,with error...oops something has gone wrong!The call centre line on ********** 362,person states that they are busy at the Pavilion,hence nobody answers.So why advertise this number,if it defeats the purpose of the intent.Well,I suppose,as a customer,it's all about choices,so let's try Ster Kinekor or Cinecentre.In summary,thumbs down to Nu Metro....sorry kids...out of dad's control!</p>
