Mediocre service received from Nu Metro Keywest

I've never received such a mediocre service and got treated like trash at the same time by a Lebohang who served me at Nu metro Keywest Mall on Friday the 26th. The lady didn't even have a name tag, no smile, no explanation of what she was adding to the bill until I asked her why was it coming up to over R500 when the movie tickets were 39bucks, she then explained that I was getting charged extra R13 for 3d glasses which she only asked if I had. She then decided to add them without letting me know. She gave me a stinky attitude when I asked why she did that. Her reply was that "You will see this from the receipt which you will get" I know it's my choice to watch a movie, but there's something Lebohang needs to understand, that without me watching a movie at numetro, this means no job for her. But she treated me like I was begging. It is also a very good thing to see another fellow black person with a job and able to make ends meet but we seem to be hating our own. This is scary It happened that I had a toddler who kept me outside the whole time and I again met Lebohang on the floor and she gave me a dirty stare.

It's such a pity that there is never not even a manager on the floor, when things like this happen, you just don't know who to turn to.

Nu metro you must catch a wake up call, this lady will chase customers for you. Train your staff and lead by example. Im also in the service industry, but what I saw in numetro is something really shocking in tough times like this where we hardly do entertainment and people cutting down on a lot of luxury they used to have.
