Loyalty Scheme is a Bad Joke

We had collected enough Club Scene points for one free ticket and went to Hyde Park NuMetro on Saturday evening. First I tried to redeem the free ticket on their self-terminal but was then told by staff to go to the counter. The woman then told me that my points were only worth a R3 discount. They were so unprofessional she did the calculation on a calculator and at first did not even know how to calculate this, We ended up walking out and spending the money on a good dinner. I then emailed Nu Metro and the answer I got was that they changed the loyalty system and reduced the benefit to one quarter of what it was. However even then the calculation that they did at the cinema makes no sense as a quarter of R120 is R30 not R3. So obviously staff is too *********** to do a simple calculation. Rather have no loyalty scheme that a bad one together with your totally useless staff. That also includes you customer care who are just as useless
