Lost & Never Found

I recently visited Walmer Park Nu Metro cinema and accidentally left a parcel underneath my seat. Arriving home i realized this and immediately contacted the cinema staff via telephone (10 min after). I gave all details regarding where the parcel is (cinema number, seat number, time of showing etc.). I was assured the parcel would be fetched and kept for me until the next day where I could collect it. Arriving there the next day i was told a different manager was on duty the day before and they would let me know as soon as she could be reached. After a week I returned quite aggetated because I was not contacted at all and again explained the whole story to the manager on duty. Once again I was told that they would check and let me know.....no phone call as of yet... This was about two weeks ago now. Surely Nu Metro have a simple lost & found system where all items collected when the cinema is cleaned? I had some valuables in the shopping parcel which I have nothing to show for now! I also believe that by simply collecting the parcel after my first phone call and keeping until the next day all of this would have been avoided, but apparently that is too complex for the "qualified/trained" staff employed at their cinemas. I am deeply disappointed and I have a sour taste in my mouth after this experience with NuMetro.
