Long wait on purchasing tickets and condiments

We decided to go to Grand West for a movie at 12:30 show. We arrived at the movies at 12:00 to find one very long Que. worst of all is that there was only one lady behind the counter serving for tickets. The Que for the popcorn and cool-drink was even worst, by 12:20 we were not close to purchasing our tickets and I was not prepared to miss a movie, as my son and I still wanted to popcorn and cool-drink. This is not the first time that we have encountered this problem. People were complaining, as well. I walked off with my son very disappointed. Never again will I support Nu Metro, really not worth the frustration.
