Long queues - resulting in me missing half the movie @ Canal Walk

Yesterday 23 Dec 2021,I took my son to watch the new Spider-Man movie at Canal Walk the 7pm showing. I was disappointed to find 1 person checking tickets and 1 person at the popcorn/snack counter. I had to stand in both long queues which resulted in me missing half of the movie. Needless to say, my son was not a happy camper and I was highly aggravated. I would like to know how you would make this up to me...
