Load shedding issue

What a terrible experience at nu metro, boardwalk, Port Elizabeth. Firstly the service when entering was bad, the bathrooms were so dirty and not one toilet had toilet roll, thirdly we get into the movies, not even 5 min into the movies it's load shedding.. How do they screen knowing it's load shedding..there were over 70 people or more probably that had to leave the cinema.. We got complimentary tickets to watch again, but what happens to money spent on popcorn deals etc .. We not even getting reimbursed for that.. I mean I spent nearly 200 on movie tickets and 200 again on snacks there... This is extremely pathetic for such a big company to give this level of service and extremely unprofessional on every level..the staff wasn't even apologetic regarding this whole matter..

My question is why are you allowing screening of movies when you well aware of the time slots for load shedding and that you don't have the resources available to Accomdate a whole movie..this created a bad service experience.. I mean we spent allot of money just driving through to come to the board walk to watch a movie.. We were just expected to say thank you for giving me a complimentary ticket knowing the inflation of petrol etc..

I think nu metro needs to do something about this asap.
