Lights out no one's home

<p>I had visited Nu Metro Galleria on the 17th June 2017 to watch the late show at 22.30 pm for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Can you imagine the surprise I received to find that me and my friends as well as another group of people where Locked in the premises? Yes you read right. There was not a soul in sight every staff member of Nu metro had vanished. How do u run a service and have a manager on duty who assists you in your ticket purchases only to lock you in and leave ? If you cannot accommodate people for this service please don't run it . Further more we couldn't get a hold of a single soul to assist us . We had to peruse all the theatres till we found an emergency exit, cinema 6 to be exact which was open and lead out to the car park otherwise we would have had to spend the night at the mall which makes me wonder ? If it was so easy to get out how easy is it for people to get in ? Tsk take. Also the person who haNiles your Facebook page needs to learn etiquette and how to be helpful. </p>
