Lack of Customer Service

Out to watch Jumanji at Clearwater with my girls, generator problems are plaguing them- which I can understand. BUT the entire cinema shutdown twice and no one came in to say anything or apologise. The first time we all sat waiting, the second time I went looking for a manager and he tells me but he was there. THERE WHERE cos I'm in row E right at the entrance. Movie start time 12:30, it is now 12:58 We are still waiting for the movie to start.
