jumanji scratch and win tickets

cornubia mall numetro has not only offended and disgusted me with their *********** staff that lie but also with making false promises of giving you scratch and win tickets when u produce that you bought a ticket. I went to watch jumanji at cornubia mall numetro and firstly the floor area had a huge spillage of a beverage on the floor neither was there any signage up to indicate caution wet floor or have the area barricaded.

then after chatting to a relative was it brought to my attention that I was not given a scratch n win ticket!!!!!and yet I purchased a 4dx movie which cost a hell of alot of money for a movie whilst my relative purchased an ordinary ticket and was given the promo! !!

it was not the first instance with numetro as prior incident the staff memeber didnt swipe my card for points but have **** to me she did so that speaks volumes about dishonesty.

I then brought it to a superiors attention and was advised to collect when I come again which I was not planning too as it is back to work and I am planning a birthday and I don't ever shop at cornubia I used to frequent that mall solely for numetro.

I would strongly advise not to use numetro cornubia mall as they have *********** staff and staff that are dishonest. cause if they are dishonest about trivial aspects what more can they be doing? how many more people are getting ****med

Rather use Ster kinekor I will personally make it my duty to advise family members and relatives to stay away from Cornubia mall numetro and share my terrible experience
