I recently had a disappointing experience with Nu Metro, specifically at the Ballito branch, which I feel compelled to share. My boyfriend purchased tickets for the movie "Snow White" on March 29th. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned sour when we discovered that not only did they take cash for the tickets, but they also charged his account without providing a refund. This situation has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we have not seen any signs of a refund. It's disheartening to think that a company would handle transactions in such a careless manner, leaving customers feeling neglected and unheard.
