Horrid Service

On the 30th of December 2021, I decided to treat my kids and I to a movie at your Clearwater cinema. When I arrived at the cinema and went to the snack counter I was greeted by your staff giving me looks and telling me to go that side, when I asked why the one lady looked at me like I was a piece of ****, literally and though I was asking her questions she looked at me like I was insane and speaking a foreign language. I went to where I was sent and was told that they could have just assisted me, there was no reason for them to have sent me to what I assume is the check in lady. When I got back to the snack queue the person available to serve me was the same person that looked at me with utter disgust a few minutes earlier, I took down her name Nomonde Mgojane and requested a manager, she could see that I was livid but didn't see any reason to apologise or make amends. The manager came 15 minutes later to note the complaint and apologised profusely- HOWEVER THIS WAS NOT ENOUGH. Your services are not cheap and your staff offer putrid service I spent almost R500 on tickets, almost R400 on snacks and 3D glasses, If we add my transports costs I spent about R1000 to get attitude from your staff and be treated like I am begging them to watch a movie. What a way to prepare for the new year.
