Horrible service From Patience at numetro Pavilion

To whom it may concern.

I would like to express my level of disappointment in one of your staff members at Nu Metro Pavilion.

I was there on Tuesday 18/06 in the evening while I was doing a purchase as I'm still speaking to the cashier comes a lady her name tag written Patience ooh but she's not patient at all, she couldn't wait for me as the customer to finish she meddled over powered my soft voice she was so loud she snapped at this cashier, who tried to tell her I'm still busy with a customer I'll respond to you shortly, you could swear she pour fuel into a fire, she shouted to her in isiZulu which I also understand.

As a customer I felt so small I can Imagine the poor cashier, I forgot to get her name. Patience has no customer service ethics whatsoever I tried to intervene by saying can you at least give me a chance to finish she gave me a horrible look.

I hope I've channelled this to the correct authorities, because honestly I'm a very disappointed customer, Patience gave me such a horrible experience.
