Great Service Nu Metro Waterfront

Hi All

Had brilliant service from Sihle Diba At the Waterfront branch. I came in at 19:10 for a 19:30 movie. I needed a new movie card and didn't except the process too be very quick and for me to still keep my existing points and still use it for the discount. At first Sihle Diba sent me to another countet and then i waited. When she saw me waiting to long she went and found someone who could help me. I may add that there is a good customer service here, this sort service will make more people want to come back. By the way I stay all the way in Muizenberg and I wish more companies in the service industry could be like Nu metro Waterfront Cape Town
