Great service from Nu Metro staff member

I recently had a question to ask for guidance of the Nu Metro staff. I fired off an email to the general "info" email address (on a Sunday) and received an answer back within an hour requesting more info. I rep**** and then received a phone call just after I rep**** and received a courteous and very concise response to my request. In todays digital world where everyone has contact details like e-mail addresses and WhatsApp numbers but they they take days and weeks to respond(my bank FNB is famous for this type of behaviour), I am very pleasantly surprised and I specifically want to give a bouquet to DIKELEDI NDHLOVU whose service was superb! What attention to detail! Great work girl!
