Great Service!

I initially laid a complaint about Nu Metro Canal Walk. However, this is a compliment to the Customer Service Call Centre Manager(Rubaine Davids) of Nu Metro. She was nothing, but professional and genuinely understood my frustration (hard to find these days). Thank you so much Rubaine for taking care of me from beginning to end. My experience with Nu Metro was definitely much better this time around. Thank you for going the extra mile!!!
