Great customer service

<p>On the 6th of December I purchased 2 tickets for Star Wars 4DX online. I never received any confirmation email as per normal to confirm the tickets bought (perhaps a mail server delay). So I didn't think much of it. Today after still not receiving a confirmation I made use of Numetro's online contact portal to enquire how will I be able to redeem my tickets without any confirmation mail. Within approximately 15 minutes (please note...this is on a Sunday) a lady called, very politely and informed me of all the options available to me and also verified my online purchase (also forwarded it on to me). As your average movie goer and consumer I know what the "average customer service" is, however every now and then you get individuals who enjoy there job and do it well. So I thank you Nthabiseng Matsheni for a job well done. Keep it up..</p>
