Good Service compared to competition

Hi, I went to watch a movie at Nu Metro Menlyn this weekend. The projector's bulb blew and the movie could therefore not be shown. I was refunded for the movie and complimentary tickets were given for the popcorn and coke which we had bought. I thought this was fair. I cannot say the same for Ster Kinekor though. I went to Ster Kinekor The Grove earlier this year and due to problems with the air conditioning the movie showing I went to was cancelled. When I suggested they refund me for the popcorn and coke they laughed at me as if I was crazy. So I thought I would commend Nu Metro on this. Although I was upset about missing the movie I was happy that I was dealt with in a fair manner.
