Good experience overall w/ one big drawback for me

I really want to like this theater, but I do not know. When I went, the staff were nice, but they really cheap out in some ways. I had to ask to get the AC turned on at the beginning of the movie and then they turn it off half-way through, so I have to miss the movie just to get them to turn it on again because it was getting so hot in there. It is summer time, and this is africa... you cant be skimping on AC in this country. My friends felt the same way. The place is clean and the food I ordered was tasty NGL, but the literal atmosphere left more to be desired.
