Friendly staff and clean spaces, but no AC?

They had the AC on for half of the movie I saw (The Kingsman if you must know), and then they turn it off in what I assume was an attempt to save power...? Anyways, I have been to my location more than a few times, and every time I have to leave the movie to request that the AC be on. Is it really asking too much to leave it on during films AND THEN turn it off? I do not think so.
