Fix your website!

We have been having problems with the Nu Metro website for a few months now, trying to book online is problematic. If you want to see the seating plan for an available movie it will always come up with an error occurring every time. If you do get into the seating plan and try to go and book your seats it will say \Problems reserving your seats\", without a fail this will happen no matter what, this means there is no way to book tickets online anymore the website is just broken. There has been dozens of complaints, complaining about this website but nothing has been done about it, either management is lazy to listen to its customers or the website is completely broken to a point its unfix-able.
