Fast & Furious 7 - Age restriction

Good day Nu Metro<br> <br> I am really disappointed with your Service and policies. On Monday, 6 April 2015, I took my family to watch Fast and Furious 7. My son who was so excited to watch this movie was turned away because of the age restriction of the Movie. When I googled the age restriction of this movie, it stated on wikipedia that it is PG 13, so it is my decision whether my boy can watch the movie or not but he was refused entry because the poster said the restriction was 13VL. I was very disappointed and to look at the disappointment on my son's face just broke me. He lives for these movies and F&F is his favourite movies. I lost my cool and I was very rude and aggressive to Robert, which I sincerely apologise for, but I cannot see my son in that way. I am not sure why the internet said that the age restriction is PG 13 and your poster says13 but my views on going to the cinema again is very low. I always chose Clearwater movies to any other but from now, I will never come back. I was dead against purchasing pirate movies but after my experience yesterday, why not support them.
