Extremely Poor Managements & Service

<p>Went to see a movie last night, went to the VIP confenctionary outlet and the queue was not moving, other patrons complained, 1 even called the manager, manager comes is there for 1 minute and gets more help which is only there for about 3 minutes and we were back to square one, service was terrible and most people were late for their movie due to the poor service. Manager clearly not capable of assisting and doing his job as required!</p>
