Extremely bad theater conditions

A friend, my brother and myself had gone to see the movie called The Equalizer 2 on Saturday 22 September 2018 at 22:15. It was playing in theater 17 at the Canal Walk branch Cape Town. The first thing we noticed, as well as everyone else who attended the screening as well is that the room had not been cleaned out after the previous show. There was popcorn, popcorn boxes, empty cups, straws, empty sweets packets and the tray boxes that they are served in laying everywhere. I had to clean my seat from the previous persons kernels and take their cups out of the holder. It really didn't matter all that to me only the salt left on the seat was the issue. I have eczema and the back of my legs was a bit inflamed and raw then due to me scratching and after sitting for a while my skin started burning and it was really uncomfortable and sore. There were employees who came to see the condition and I noticed they took pictures. I love watching movies at the theater especially Canal Walk and I have had no complaints or any bad experiences whatsoever but in this instance it was the worst experience ever. The salt in the wound issue made it allot worse :(
