EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE from Thandile the supervisor / manager on duty - we were simply delighted at his awesome customer service ethic and the manner in which he handled our situation - we had made a mistake in our ticket booking and he simply blew us away with his expert handling of our situation. We were equally delighted with the personal touch received from Abongile Sonjani who personally escorted us to Thandile. Then to top it all, the manager shows up while we were waiting to enter theater 11 to watch TOP GUN and he warns us to watch our phones and car keys as they might fall out while engrossed in the excitement of TOP GUN - he then proceeds to hand us a validated parking ticket - BEST SERVICE we have received in a long time … would be great if other companies could treat customers like this - WOW WOW WOW
