Expensive Tickets - Terrible Service

I very rarely go to the movies, for this reason only. I went to Nu Metro Cinemas at The Pavilion on 17 February 2015. I had purchased 2 Tickets for a movie at the Scene. These tickets are much more expensive than that of the normal cinema. We go in to get popcorn, etc only to find that there is a line of atleast 30 people in front of me and just 2 people at the kiosk - one cashier and one assistant. I was not going to stand in that line and miss my movie so I proceeded to the normal kiosk outside of the scene and got my popcorn swiftly. I went back into the scene for the popcorn spices and found that 2 of the 4 bottles were empty and was left with salt & vinegar and plain salt. There was no variety whatsoever. After all of that I went inside hoping to enjoy my movie only to find that my popcorn was beyond stale and the 2 large cokes I had bought tasted like it was the last bit left over at the bottom of the dispenser. It was a terrible experience and it makes me wonder why did I even bother paying so much for tickets, popcorn and coke.
