Excellent Service

I recently visited Nu Metro at Cornubia Mall in Durban to watch Superman on opening night, and I just have to share what an incredible experience it was—thanks to Prudence! I had booked for a group of 31 people, which can be quite stressful, but from the moment I arrived, Prudence went above and beyond to assist me.

From helping me with my tickets to ensuring my entire group was sorted with their snacks and drinks, Prudence made everything seamless and stress-free. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to assist stood out. She handled everything with such care and a genuine smile, which made the evening even more enjoyable.
