Excellent service at Nu Metro Canal Walk

Good morning

Last week on 1 February, my family and I visited the Nu Metro Canal Walk, and was greeted by one the employees, Siyavuya. What a sweet and helpful attendant. He approached us and greeted us and then proceeded to assist me with the card machine purchasing the tickets. He also notified me about half price on tickets seeing I had an ABSA card and was part of the rewards programme. I had never known this and proceeded to save half the money on my tickets and so could treat my family to breakfast too!!!

In a time when customer service is so sloppy and employees don't care about customers, it is so refreshing to see someone like Siyavuya. In general I have received really good service from this branch from the ushers too. Please praise and reward Siyavuya and your staff for this excellent service!!
