Engagement celebration ruined!!!

Last night we went out to celebrate our engagement earlier that day with dinner and a movie. We booked the 20:30 show at welkom nu metro for john wick 3. Upon entry into the foyer we felt very comfortable with a warmth from the heater. Entering the theater it was extremely cold in there, we could enjoy the movie as we could wait for it to be over. This is very poor. If i knew it was so cold in there i would never have booked in the first place. Its misleading to have the reception feel so nice and warm only to be hit by extreme cold inside. Kids will get sick of this, heat then cold. No guys I am disappointed really!
