Metro Menlyn Title: Dull and Unclear Screening at Nu Metro Menlyn Cinema 8 Complaint: I am submitting this complaint regarding the poor screening quality at Nu Metro Menlyn. On 27 December 2025, I attended the 2:15 pm showing in Cinema 8, and the picture quality was extremely disappointing. The entire screening appeared dull, washed out, and not clear, which made it difficult to enjoy the movie. This is not the level of quality expected from a major cinema chain, especially considering the cost of tickets and the expectation of a proper cinematic experience. I am requesting that Nu Metro investigate the technical issues in Cinema 8 and provide appropriate compensation, such as a refund or replacement tickets. I would also appreciate confirmation that the equipment has been checked and corrected to prevent this from happening again. I look forward to a proper response
