Double payment at Nu Metro Hyde Park

My husband and I went to Hyde Park cinema on Sunday 2 April. The card machine was faulty and we tried my husband's credit card, then mine. Their printer also didn't work, so we didn't receive receipts (or movie tickets for that matter) and had to wait for the transactions to reflect on our accounts. Yup! Went off both times. How utterly annoying! I'm waiting for Nu Metro to reverse one of the transactions which will probably be like pulling teeth. I work in the customer experience field and it frustrates the hell out of me when particularly companies who are there to provide fun, relaxing experiences end up making their customers' lives hell.
