Double debits

I went to go watch the star wars movie on the 16th and paid R370 at 11.54. I was at the self help terminals and the cars machine wasnt working. A female came and pulled my card out without canceling the transaction and put it through on another machine and now ive been debited twice and no one at your menlyn branch will help
