Double Charged and no response to requests for reimbur*****ts.

I visited Nu Metro at Mountain Mill Mall, bought a movie ticket & pop corn. Days later I realised Nu Metro had banked my transaction twice! I phoned them, and was told to wait a week and then send an email with the relevant bank statements. I did that. No response. I did it again a week later and have been absolutely ignored. So watch out, double check your transactions with Nu Metro, they are double charging people.
