Double charged!

I went to Nu Metro in menlyn and when we purchased snacks at the kiosk.

The POS system printed out an error, but the reservation of funds went through and I got a notification on my phone.

The attendant insisted it didn't go through and that we would need to used an alternate speed point.

We did, and big surprise I got double billed!!!!

The online assistant said they would need a statement with my name on and for that to happen I'd need to wait for the monthly statement and for the funds to no longer be reserved but to go off my account!

Now it did, but it went off on separate dates and the online assistant has remained silent!

This is absolutely pathetic!!!
