Dont Buy Nu Metro Vouchers, They are a *******

I purchased Vouchers From Vodacom to use this weekend, only find out that i cant use the vouchers on the week of the movie release but the following weekend, which wasnt on the Vodacom website. When I called the customer centre for assistance is when i found this out, also the movie i want to watch is not being screened in normal 2D either, so that helps....

When asked to speak to a senior i get told that there is no senior on duty, how does a call center run with no team leaders or call center manager on duty? absolutely horrible service. When asked if a Senior can call me, i get told by nonny majola that there wont be any seniors coming in, so they wont be able to call me. Really, no managers or team leaders ever at anytime ever ever ever?

Poor customer service, vouchers are a waste, Rather stick to Ster Kenikor Quality Services Quality all round.
