Do yourself a favour dont go to Nu Metro Hyde Park

On Saturday Night, myself and 2 friends went to movies at Hyde Park as we do each and every week. We bought the last 3 seats in the cinema and we had to book 1 miss 2 and then 2 seats together. We managed to swop with the people sitting next to us and all was cool. Once the movies started we were dumb founded that the first 2 rows were empty but never thought much about it, About 20 mins after the start of the movies a group of about 30 people aged between probably 25-35 were escourted into the movie house with a waiters behind them bringing them champaign wine and beer, they were sitting 2 to a seat (in some of the seats) and on the steps in the movie house, my friend went to complain because they were quite disruptive and the manager Garth said they booked their seats and he would come and see. Ha he went home. These people continued to be served alcohol throughout the movie and it was very disruptive. At the end of the movie my friend went to complain again that the disruption was not acceptable after about 20mins I went to find my friend who was surronded by a group of people who were being quite agressive, I stepped in and was pushed buy a guy against the wall (I am middle aged) the guy then went on to call me a F........ng white and told me that in Africa he was up there and I was down below not on the human ladder, lower that rat ****, and kept hurling verbal ****** abuse and the management just said "calm down" these people then left and when I asked the manager why he never called for the police I got the typical response "I never heard, I never saw" I can promise that if I hurled the same ****** abuse I would not be sitting here writing this complaint I would be in jail. It is absolutely disgusting that the management did nothing and the the so called main manager decided to go home instead of sorting out this complaint with a promise of a call in the morning - which morning he never said but no call back as yet 2 days later. Disgusting and Dispicable, the theatre should not be allowed to plough people with alcohol they were noticably drunk already
