Disgusting service

<p>Visited nu metro at trade route mall today. The service I received was disgusting. Always went to other nu metro and never ever experienced such. From when I arrived a lady telling us its compulsory to make the reward card before purchasing the movie, than buy a ticket and an *********** cashier puts books an incorrect movie than to top it all the staff chatting while providing you with incorrect information on which hall to go to. Don't know if your employees know what customer service is. They are ***********. In future will go to Clearwater, the Glen or other malls to get better service like prior. </p>
