Disgusting Customer Service

Last night I went to see a movie at Emperors Palace Nu Metro. Using my Winners Circle card I can get at 35% discount. They were off line and told me I had to pay full price. When I said that it is not my fault that they are off line and that the should be able to find a way to help me. They just rolled their eyes at me and said no, you have to pay full price. What disgusting customer service
