DISGUSTING BATHROOM AND SLOW SERVICE
I had booked 2 tickets for Chappie in the Scene Cinema. The Scene Cinema is R90 a ticket and offers small comfortable cinemas with a luxury menu and fast efficient service. I am fond of this cinema and used to go about twice a month- not anymore!

We arrived at 8.00pm for our movie that started at 8.15pm. We waited 30 minutes in a queue of 6 people to receive our tickets and popcorn. One lady was working behind the counter and clearly needed help. She kept having to run in and out of the scene lounge to get help or get supplies.

After the movie, I went to the ladies and was blown away by the state of it. There was a strong stench that could already be smelt from passage and the floors were littered with toilet rolls, toilet paper, plastic wrappers and more. The cherry on the top was the toilet covered in FECES. Literally, I have photo's (that will go public if no one responds to this complaint). The seat. the seat cover. Dripping into the toilet. IT WAS DISGUSTING.

I am sure that the V&A standards are above this and they would be horrified to know about this- especially over the Easter Weekend when many tourists were visiting the center.
