DISGUSTED WITH FALSE ADVERTISING

During the 2018 festive season Nu Metro handed out 2019 calendars and with it came wonderful deals, which included buy 1 get 1 free ****tails, buy 1 get 1 free movies etc. 1 for each month and my family and I were so excited to make use of these awesome deals especially in these trying financial times. A family of 4 is really expensive to take out to the movies. On 31 August I decided to treat a friend to a VIP movie which was the deal for LADIES in August and we took Uber and arrived at Canal Walk so excited to watch our very first VIP movie in honor of Women's month. Upon arrival I went to the cashier only to be told that even though it DOES NOT reflect anywhere on the ticket we have to BUY 1 FOR R150 in order to use the ticket. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS FURIOUS, BECAUSE NOT ONLY DID I WASTE MONEY ON UBER TO GET THERE I WAS EMBARRASSED BECAUSE I HAD NO IDEA WE HAD TO PAY.

All the cashier could say was that even though it DOESNT STATE ON THE COUPON we must pay for the other ticket.

I am deeply disappointed in this FALSE ADVERTISING AND WASTE OF MY MONEY and there is no explanation acceptable for a HUGE company like NU METRO to blatantly lie to their very loyal customers.

I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY FAMILY TO ANY NU METRO, BECAUSE THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING AND LYING TO THEIR CLIENTS.
