Disgusted at Menlyn Nu Metro

Ater paying almost R200 per ticket to go to movies I will spread the word to anyone and everyone who will listen to AVOID MENLYN NU METRO!! I have never felt so disgusted walking out a bathroom before as what I felt last night. I get that Menlyn Nu Metro is in the process of renovating but that is no excuse for your bathrooms to be in such a state. Firstly 80% of the toilets in the Ladies bathroom are either out of order or have no toilet seat lids, the toilets that are working have urine all over the floor. To make things worse is that you cannot wash your hands after using the toilet as the soap dispensers don't work!!?? I tried getting soap from the paraplegic toilet as well... the same story... NO toilet seat, urine on the floor, NO working soap dispenser. I would rather use a "Porter Potty" that has not been emptied for a week on a construction site than go back here. I went to complain to the staff who simply shrug their shoulders and say "Ya, it's not working" before carrying on their conversation in their own language. and completely ignoring me...great customer service. The ONLY reason I went to Menlyn Nu Metro is because of the 4DX theatre. I will most definitely not be going back. I will rather wait for it to come out on DVD and watch it at home.
