Disappointing experience at Nu Metro Westgate!

Good Day

Last night I went all the way to Westgate Numetro in the hope of catching a movie at 20.30; we arrived at 20.40 and the cinema had already cleared all the popcorn and snacks and were closing the gates. I do not believe this is a fair practice as there there should be some 15mins provision before you can no longer buy tickets or snacks for a movie. And even if we bought a ticket we would not be able to get snacks which ruins the whole experience. I was quite disappointed as I came from far and was not impressed...perhaps one should stick to ster-kinekor! Next time you want to go there, maybe you need to call and check first!
