Disappointed, bad quality screens

Went with my wife for a movie day at nu metro Menlyn Mall. Watched a movie in Cine 2. Screen is small keep that in mind, but what frustrated me the most is the screen is damaged with a clear line running through the center of the screen and the brightness of the screen was way off. You cant even see the details of the characters when the lighting is dim in the film. Calibration is definitely off in this Cine. We regret watching a movie there. The other Cines might be better in the complex, but we really did not enjoy the movie. Will not go back there
