Deducted off my account, no tickets

Nu metro tech support does not exist.I bought tickets yesterday online and it failed on the confirmation page but went off my account.The support chat does not work,call centre does not take calls, they don't respond to emails nor facebook or twitter.<br> The night was sour after that and we ended up not being in the mood to go at all.And I would like my money back because bad service does not need to be overlooked.
