Customer service

The Nu Metro at Menlyn customer service I give them zero, from the snack station to the check in station. We need to wait for them to finish their conversations amongst themselves before they can assist us as customers, if it's not that we need to wait 5 minutes before someone can come and actually come check us in. They deal with customers while they are on their phones, they have attitude honestly if the staff doesn't want to work they can honestly stay home instead of coming to serve customers with a stinking attitude for no reason.
