I sat in the movie theatre for a half an hour until we finally stood up and realised no one was going to come explain the situation. When we walked out we were informed that we were not going to be refunded, I did not agree as I needed the money to pay at another movie theatre. I spoke to the manager who says her name is Rebecca and said I would like my money back for my tickets and my beverages as I had payed in cash. She had a bad attitude and then told me I need to prove that I bought my slush puppy and pop corn from the theater, they had not given me a slip., and where else would I have gotten it from. I was shocked with her attitude and lack of service. I drove from Northcliff to Cradlestone as I have had good experiences here, apparently not any more.
