Couldnt watch avatar 2's ending

Went to watch avatar last night and was told that the vip section is fully booked. Had no alternative but to book with extreme. I asked if the aircon os on and they said yes.... then making the selection of seats they said that there is only 5 seats left as they are almost fully booked. We get inside and its dirty not even cleaned yet. Anyway people statt coming in and what do you know half an empty movie house with so many other spots. We had horrible seats. But we sat with it because we wanted to really watch the movie. We didnt get to watch the ending because the movie just stopped dead. No one came to say anything. We went out to find out whats going on and the employees are just standing around smiling and telling us not ro worry. It was hot inside there and no aircon despite asking 3 people if it is on. We didnt get to finosh seeing the rest of Avatar and was so disappointed that we couldnt.
