Couldn't cancel tickets and now they wont refund

<p>We booked a2 movie ticket a couple days ahead and due to and issue with my PC i did not get my booking reference. So I mailed them immediately with all the details and not reply. Then it turned out we could go so I mailed them again with all the details and asked them please cancel we cant go. TWICE. Now the movie happened and of course we did not go but they wont refund and they will only issue re tickets if I send them a bank approved statement showing my details which I cant do online. SO to get retickets for a movie I did aske them to cancel I need to take time off work to get a bank statement.</p> <p>If they had just answered my query in the first place none of this would be an isssue. Also it is booked on a credit card so why the back statement. Very poor system in place Nu-Mtero you need to work on it</p> <p> </p>
