****roach found in coke

Ordered a combo, the attendant was filling up the coke into the cup from the coke dispensing machine, when I noticed something splashed against the side of the cup. I looked inside and found a dead baby ****roach, I notified the attendant, who quickly apologised and got another cup to refill, I refused to have another cooldrink from the machine and wanted a fruit juice instead, she told me she could not do that. I asked for the manager Farana who was standing and yawning away, she came to the counter and I was asked to address the matter directly to her, she did not even look into the cup, nor apologise, she told me blatantly if I wanted the juice I needed to purchase separately. When I finished watching the movie, I went back to get the managers name , at that time, they were still selling cooldrink from the machine. I took a picture and told the new cashier and customer at the till not to purchase from the machine. the attendant and manageress were very unhelpful and they didn't even acknowledge the problem least to say and still serving customers .. that's disgusting. health inspectors should check out the place seriously, im still waiting for numetro to call me from saturday
